Internal Painting # 1
The washing machine in the flat above this property had caused a huge leak which had stained the ceilings in both the living room and the kitchen. The landlord asked me to repaint the entire living room and just the kitchen ceiling.

I began by gouging out the cracks, in order to give the filler a larger surface area to be able to adhere to.
I filled the cracks twice then painted on a water based mistcoat to prime coat the new filler.
I then painted the stained area with an oil based stain block paint. (Also repeating all the same processes on the kitchen ceiling.)
The rear wall of the living room needed some filler and a couple of coats of paint.
The stain on the ceiling completely gone . . .
