Remove cupboard under sink, fit new cupboard and replace worktop and sink
The silicone sealant around this sink had deteriorated and water had been slowly leaking underneath, for probably at least a couple of years, causing the cupboard to start rotting.

First I removed the dishwasher in order to better gain access.

Carefully removed the sink.

Removed the worktop.

And stripped out the base and all the pipework.

Assembled the new cupboard.

First fitted the main cupboard.

And then cut down and fitted the smaller cupboard on the left, which required an enormous amount of work to re-cut, squeeze in and maoeuvre in, under and around the pipework.

The completed project, with everything reconnected, hoovered clean and tidy.
